Paula Reynolds (Chief Restructuring Officer)

Paula G. Rosput Reynolds has been Chief Restructuring Officer of American International Group, Inc., since October 23, 2008.

In this position, Ms. Reynolds oversees AIG's divestiture of assets and serves as chief liaison with the Federal Reserve Bank of New York.
