I do something physical most days: spin on Pinkie Patti's back in the morning while she's still asleep, walk in the afternoon, or swim in nearby Lake Memphremagog.
Sometimes Pinkie Patti and I play a few holes of golf in the late afternoon (amazingly, she still hits a good ball at 84, despite her Alzheimer's).

From five-star chateaux in the south of France to ice-bound ships in the Arctic Circle, I’ve stayed in all manner of accommodation during 30 years of off-and-on travel to far-flung destinations worldwide.

An Olympic marathon is a little over 26 miles long. The race starts and finishes in the Olympic Stadium. The rest of it is run through the city streets.
